A $100,000 Powerball Winning Ticket Sold In Hudson Valley
A $100,000 Powerball ticket was purchased in the Brewster.
The third-prize winning Powerplay ticket was sold at 76 Gas on North Main Street in Brewster, according to New York lottery officials.
The Powerplay ticket that was sold in Patchogue was worth the same amount as the second third-prize ticket in Patchogue, it was sold at the Sunrise Highway Shoprite.
The winning numbers for Monday’s drawing were 3-11-18-22 and a Powerball of 11. According to lottery officials.
The third-prize winning tickets had the same four numbers as the Powerball.
The third-place prize was doubled to $100,000 because the Powerplay multiplier was 2 for the Monday drawing, lottery officials said.
The winning numbers for the game were drawn from a field of one to 69. The field of one to 26 was used for the drawing of the Powerball number.
The Powerball drawing takes place on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays at 11 p.m.
According to lottery officials, Wednesday’s drawing is estimated to be $421 million.
