The Lottery’s Win $1,000 A Week For Life scratch-off game has a top prize of $1,000 A Week for Life  claimed by Shawn Elkins of Batavia 

As an annuity, Elkins chose to receive his prize. After required withholdings, he received his first payment $33,852  and will continue to receive payments for the rest of his life. 

The winning ticket was purchased at a gaming establishment inBatavia. There is a location in the city of Batavia.
