A woman won a $3 million lottery prize and Man Robs Bank In Commack
- East Northport woman claims $3M lottery jackpot. Josephine Julich, of East Northport, claimed a top prize from the New York Lottery’s “X Series 50X” scratch-off game, according to the NY lottery. A lump-sum payment of $1,640,520 is what Julich chose to pay him.
- A man went off the Long Island Expressway near exit 49 at 4:30 a.m. on Sunday. A Kushal Dilawri, 33, of Hicksville, hit a marked police vehicle who was doing paperwork from an earlier accident. The police officer was injured and taken to the hospital with minor injuries. Dilawri was charged with driving under the influence.
