Danville | woman won $200k after playing late-night lottery games.
A woman from Danville won $10 in the Mega Millions drawing and used that money to win $200,000.
Donna Brewer decided to log onto the Virginia Lottery app at around 1:30 a.m. after she returned from her late shift at her job. After winning $12 in the Mega Millions drawing, Brewer decided to use her winnings to play some online Virginia Lottery games.
Before long, She had won $200,000 playing one of the Virginia lottery’s online games.
Brewer told the lottery officials that she said, “Oh no, no, no! “Is this for real?”
Brewer had winnings that were very real. She said that she won’t use the money for anything except to pay her bills.
One in 1 million is the odds of winning the top prize in Shamrock Winnings.
